A baby no more. (sniffle, wipe the tears)

Emary is a fun little gal. She’s super smart and silly! She adores her brothers, Happy (Harper) and Beebah (Judah). Loves to sing, “We-eeeeee, ever!” Can you guess which song that is? She prefers to run and when she does walk it’s on her tip-toes. Likes to scrunch her nose and stick out her tongue. She loves to pick out her own clothes (Lord help me!). A bundle of a blessing this little one is. Beyond love this girl.

The Tooth Fairy

Our first kiddo lost his first tooth. He is so excited! First thing he wanted to do was wake up his brother to share the news. So fun!

On a recent boat outing, Justin sent me the following photo. This is just so Jude. I love how adventurous and brave he can be. That saltwater is cold!

A Happy Day

We celebrated Harper’s birthday last weekend. It was a fun day full of good friends, food, and bugs!

As Harper requested, I attempted bug cupcakes.

Goodie bags full of bug catching tools.

Emary and Mimi. Aren’t they cute?

It was a very fun day. I know that Harper had a great time and felt very loved! Thanks to all who joined us.

Happy Birthday to my Harper Bear. Four years old! I look forward to this year with you buddy. Three was a tough one for you (and mom & dad). You are an awesome boy! I enjoy your humor, encouraging words, silliness, loyalty, and love.

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss

We had a party (on Friday)! Harper made The Cat in the Hat, hat. We ate Dr. Seuss themed cupcakes! Thanks, Trophy Cupcakes. Yummers!! And we read each of our favorite Dr. Seuss books. Oh, The Places You’ll Go, The Lorax, Horton Hears a Who, and One Fish Two Fish Red Fish Blue Fish. Can you guess which is my favorite? Which is yours?

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss. Thank you for all of the imaginative stories. We treasure them.

Today is my Juderbug’s 6th Birthday! I keep thinking, “Six, has it been six years already?”

This morning as we made his birthday breakfast, Justin and I remembered the day he was born. We told Judah how we felt when we met him and what the world around him was like. He loves to hear these stories. Though he often has to add in comments about poop or farting.

Judah is a lively, imaginative boy. It is so fun watching him grow and learn. God has truly blessed our family with him.

Did your husband come home with a flourless chocolate cake?

No? Mine did!

And with every delicious bite, I am giving my husband more of me to love. Possibly ten pounds more.
